I can't install add-ons!

I installed 2018a and after that I can't install add-ons.
I have my favourite add-ons in a support package file but that is suitable to 2017b version and can't be opened in 2018a.
In addition I can't download necessary add-ons.
What should I do?

Are they official Mathworks add-ons? If so, this is an installation problem and you can get fast and free help by calling the Mathworks. Everyone should call them for all installation problems.
If it's some third party software, contact the author.
