why are these values not equal?

>> find(MMSEFactor'~=temp_ComplexArray_12_0)
ans =
Empty matrix: 0-by-1
>> find(vpa(MMSEFactor',10000) ~= vpa(temp_ComplexArray_12_0,10000))
ans =
Empty matrix: 0-by-1
>> zz(1,2),xx(1,2),zz(1,2)-xx(1,2)
ans =

ans =

WHY zz is not equal to xx ? version : 2012a
