Frequency dependence of a powerline

Hey, I'm trying to modulate a frequency dependence transmission line with simpowersystems... unfortunalty in the help of the distributed parameter line this is the limitation.... Does anybody has an idea how to model a good frequency dependence of a transmission line for a low voltage network ind simpowersystems?
