PC crashes when I press run

Hello,

I just updated my computer and since I did this my PC crashes every time I try to run a script. I have reinstalled matlab, this didn't help. When I run the script my computer doesn't do anything anymore and doesn't even respond to ctrl+alt+delete or ctrl+f4. Nothing works anymore as soon as I press the run button.

Does your script contain symbolic variables?

You might be facing the problem caused by recent window 10 update. Refer to the following bug report and download the update for R2018a. https://www.mathworks.com/support/bugreports/1755918
