plot3 disappear points: graphics problems

3 views (last 30 days)
Using Matlab 2017a accademic licence, I am plotting in 3 dimension, three dinstinct clouds of points using this order: the first cloud is the main set of number (blue). Then there is a sub-set of main (color green). Then there is another sub-set (black) which is a subset of 2th cloud (green). In the next image I show you what happen when I modify the view angle.
Here is the results when I save the image using "Edit"->"Copy Figure" (I think that there are problem with black dots in both graph since you can notice that there are only few):
Here is the results when I save the image using "File"->"Save as"->".jpg" (left correct, notice that in the right plot, the black dots deaspier):
Here is what I see from the Matlab figure using Snipping tool (left correct, notice that in the right plot, the black dots deaspier):
The figure is exactly the same.
How do I solve this problem?

I don't think your points have disappeared....from this view angle, those points are visible and black dots are behind the green..? Isn't it?

The points have the same XYZ coordinates (are overlapped), so I should only see the last set of points (first the blacks, then the greens and then the blue ones). Instead this happens only for specific viewing angles.

At the end, I think that the best solution is use setdiff and plot the cloud, without overlap.
