Fsurf warnings, fails on array input.

Hello everyone. This code doesn't want to run, error occurs. What's the problem? Please, help. My code:

      p= @(x,y,z) (integral(@(x1)(x1.*x.*y.*z),0,5));
      q = @(y,z)  integral(@(x) Psi(x,y,z),0,5,'ArrayValued',true);
      fsurf(q)

 My error:
