App designer, standalone desktop app not work correctly to control tektronix instrument

Good evening, I made an application using APP Designer to control a Tektronix spectrum analyzer. I then installed the libraries and drivers for the correct operation of the instrument. I have a problem in correctly running the standalone desktop app. As long as I work in the app designer environment, the project works correctly. When I use the .exe it no longer runs the commands I had set up.

Can it be a library problem? of drivers not connected to the standalone desktop app?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Can you provide the exact error message that you receive?
