Having trouble with MATLAB R2018a Installation

When I try selecting an installation folder location for MATLAB, it initially gives me this (pic 1)

So I tried specifying a location, but no matter what folder I choose, I keep getting this message (pic 2)

How should I fix this?

I think you have downloaded R2018a Update 3 installer which is a bug fixed version and contains only updated files.

First you need to download R2018a installer from here, then install R2018a.

After installing R2018a, you can update to R2018a bug-fixed versions from your existing installer. You have R2018a Update 3 installer , but R2018a Update 4 was released yesterday, so it's better you download Update 4 installer from here .
