mpcCustomConstraint.m Where is it?

According to some tutorials of matlab, it is possible to implement custom Nonlinear constraints for MPC.
But, I'm unable to find the template file " mpcCustomConstraint.txt " which should be in the examples folder. Could someone let me know where to find it?
