License file for 2018a

I have got a mathworks account associated with a license. The matlab installer requires me to give the location of a license file, but I never received any information from anyone about the file. The university administrator told me to use the account with Internet to install, I did so but nothing changed. I tried to find the file in my computer and websites of mathworks but failed. Can anyone please explain the situation to me?

During the setup you can choose to log in or give a license file. Later on you have the choice to activate with another file, or use the internet to activate. Both times you should choose the internet option.
Yes I've chosen the Internet option, but now I am stuck in this window:
I didn't receive any information about the file, neither by mathworks or by administrators.

Go a few steps back. What options do you have there? I can't find the way to trigger this screen for my setup, so what choices did you make from starting the setup?
Thanks pal, it is done now. I only applied for an account but didn't use the key from my university, after I used the key it is good to go now.

In short, wait until tomorrow and ask your university contact, or call the Mathworks. Or call a classmate who has successfully done it if you need an answer today.

Thanks for answering, the problem has been solved. It is because the key from university was not used when I created my account.
