Mathematical modeling of RC servo a.k.a Hobby Servo motor

Hello guys, is there any info about how to modeling a RC servo motor in Simulink? Since they only modeling the DC motor and I don't know whether the gear must be included to the function to make it sounds correct. Any help will be appreciate, thanks.
