Getting busy in defining syms

Hi guys...i have a serios problem while defining a symbolic variable in matlab...for example when i type >>syms x and then press the enter it gets busy for a very long time then i gotta close the program..i have a2017b version and an updated windows10

Tnx but i even tried r2018a and had this problem

Now can i make a change in my windows?is there a same problem in r2016 or lower versions?

Only version 2017b and 2018a have problems.
