Does MatLab 2018b come with the Image Processing Toolbox? If not, how can I download it and the Computer Vision System Toolbox?

R2018b has not been released, so we cannot disclose i information about licensing changes that might or might not happen when it is released.

Hi,

the Image Processing Toolbox and the Computer Vision Toolbox are not integrated in a Matlab Release. You have to purchase them seperatly for your Matlab license. If you have done this you can install the purchased toolboxes in one step with installing Matlab. The installer checks your license and lets you install all the content your license is valid for.
