In my plot all graphs are merged,but i want to see each graph individually.
I mean, the figure you uploaded is literally taken from the doc on stackedplot, so try it :)

How about adding some number to the y values and plotting?
A = rand(10,10) ;
figure
hold on
x = 1:10 ;
for i = 1:10
plot(x,A(i,:)+i)
end

I want my plot like the output which i got with your code.But how to insert my .mat signal files in the above code.
:) I gave you a pseudo code......A should be your data.
I inserted my signal in the place of variable 'A' but in command window it is displaying that unable to read.please guide me how to load one or more mat signals in a single variable and how to plot like your plot.
I attached my mat files and i want to plot all these mat signals in a single plot(like the plot in your previous comment)and i think we should reduce the amplitude of the signals also.
