Curve Comparison Neural Network output

Hi everybody!!! I would like to comparate the output of a neural network (taken as target) and a real value... So I want to comparete two curve obtained as comparate of two vector both (1x3456) o more... so what I wolud like is fix a range of error between both vector and obtain an "alarm" or a signal when this is out of range exis any way to do that?
