unable to connect zedboard

I am working on Bulat Khusainov's code shared on github for zedboard. for the third lab code for predictive control with fast gradient method, code executed till synthesis. While executing HIL_simulation it gets stuck at "eval $command_name $arguments" file "C:\Xilinx\protoip-master\protoip_matlab_interface\matlab_vivado.tcl" line 21). I am using matlab17b and vivado 2018.1 what should I do?
