How do I create a 5x5 random matrix in simulink using a RAM memory block?

I am supposed to use a RAM memory block and a counter to send continuous values to the address port to create a 5x5 array in the memory. Please suggest any other method in case I cannot use RAM memory block. but the condition is that the matrix has to be stored in memory.
