How to plot these four points in 2D.
T1 = [0.000, 0.000]; T2 = [67.624, -0.232]; T3 = [66.966, -67.904]; T4 = [-0.494, -67.230];
If these points are in the circumference of a circle, how to find the center and how to move center into (0, 0)?

Finding the centre and radius is trivial:
T0 = [T1; T2; T3; T4];
C = mean(T0); % Circle Centre
R = mean(hypot(T0(:,1)-C(1), T0(:,2)-C(2))); % Circle Radius
I leave the rest to you.

Thank you. I plot them in 2D plane, now I need to label them T1, T2, T3, and T4 on the plot. How to rotate them by certain angle?
Your help will be appreciated
