MATLAB Coder has some support for Raspberry Pi; https://www.mathworks.com/hardware-support/raspberry-pi-matlab-coder.html

Raspberry Pi is not considered to be a RTOS itself. Apparently FreeRTOS has been ported to it: https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=201447
