Problem activation license MATLAB

Hi,

I reinstall the MATLAB software on my pc and the license does not allow me to reactivate it, when I create a ticket for this it is sent to a local company that never answers. I hope you can help me thank you and happy late.

It’s better you contact MathWorks support team by clicking Contact Us button on the top right corner of this page . People here do not have access to those type of informations.

I have already contacted mathworks technical support three times, which sends it to the local provider [e-mail] and I have not had an answer. I have more than two weeks with this problem. I hope you can help me with an email in the US. Thank you.
