Hello , How can we code project scheduling problems with time and resource constriants?..What are the fundamental concepts requred?

Actually I am confused what type of codition and looping is required if i want an activity to respect the precedences amnong project activities in network and the precedences it need to follow due to resource restriction?

You might find some inspiration in the Linear Programming and Mixed-Integer Linear Programming examples. In particular, see Optimal Dispatch of Power Generators: Problem-Based and Office Assignments by Binary Integer Programming: Problem-Based, but there are others that might be relevant, too.
