Changing direction of nodes in "initmesh" for PDE Toolbox

I am using the PDE Toolbox and generating the geometry and mesh using initmesh, refinemesh, etc. How can I reorder the nodes and boundary nodes on an object, e.g., a circle, to move in the clockwise direction? I want to change the location of the 1st node on the boundary and move in a clockwise direction from the 1st node. Please refer to attached picture.
