How to create a 3d map in matlab?

Hello,everyone.I need an accurate 3d map with building models. I've already import some DEM files (geotiff) to create its terrain and overlay its corresponding satellite images on that terrain. However, I wonder is it possible for us to add an exist 3d model(buildings) and also its information( height, locations) on that terrain?
