Giving weights to system id

I am trying to fit some control data with a model in the system identification toolbox. The problem is the data is saturated at 50 and -50, so if possible I would like to give less weight to points above 45 and only fit the interior data, is this possible with the n4sid function or another function. How can I weight the data?
