Export requirements as document as at the training

Hello,

A colleague of mine attended at a Mathworks training about V&V by Simulink, where the trainer was able to export the requirements as word or pdf. Well, I am searching about some funcionality for that through the documentation, but I have been unsuccessful. Further the documentation he got from the training does not show that "exercise".

The only way to do that that I have found so far is by developing an own script by combining basic MATLAB functions with Simulink Requirements functions.

You can go to the Requirement Editor (Apps tab, Requirement Manager, Requirement Editor) and go to the Report tab and click Generate Report. This will open a window as shown below. In 'Select' you can choose the format of the document, and finally click Generate Report.

Yes, but from a functional point-of-view, as you can see even from your screenshot, the requirement description is not part of the exportable contents as well as the IDs. From a appereance aspect I really challenge to use it officially without modifying the layout separetely. Try to export only the TOC and another attribute and compare it with a full attribute export: you will not significant misallignments in the layout
