How to paramertize arc length of all segments in spline curve constructed from center waypoints, the spline x(s)=ax(s^3)+bx(s^2)+cx(s)+dx; y(s)=ay(s^3)+by(s^2)+cy(s)+dy; here (x,y) are Cartesian coordinat of lne ax,bx,cx,ay,by,cy,dy,dx arecoefficent

I have center lines on a point
centre points=(x0,y0)=[ 35 125; 35 128; 35 131; 35 135; 35 138; 35 141; 35 145; 35 148; 35 151; 35 151; 35 155; 52 125; 50 125];
s is the arc length
x0(s)=ax(s^3)+bx(s^2)+cx(s)+dx;
y0(s)ay(s^3)+by(s^2)+cy(s)+dy;
ax,bx,cx,dx,ay,by,cy,dy are coefficient and the position of (x0,y0) can be computed with using arc length (s)
Please help me to compute (s) w.r.t above two equations of x0(s) and y0(s)...
