Different custom antenna patterns in different position in the array

My design is a retangular lattice array, for example 10*10. After measuring the pattern in the chamber, it shows that different elements in the array have different performances. But I notice that the phased.CustomAntennaElement only support the unified pattern. How can I solve this problem that to use individual pattern for each element?
