Test Harness Crashes Matlab when closing

Hello Matlab,
I have created a test harness for a simulink model and am having the following problem.
Symptoms:
  • After the first simulation/compile the model will not close properly and save changes.
- Prior to pushing the simulation button and compiling, I can close the model without a problem.
- If I do not attempt to close after the first simulation, I can continue simulating and changing the base model with no apparent limit.
However, none of my changes will be saved when the model crashes at shut down.
- When the crash occurs, MATLAB is completely frozen and it takes a CONTROL/ALT/DELETE to the Task Manager to force MATLAB to quit running.
  • This problem makes it impossible for me to edit/update my model under test while the Test Harness is open.
  • I have also noticed that Matlab will occasionally crash when opening the test harness. Recovering also takes a CONTROL/ALT/DELETE forced quit for MATLAB.
I have verified that the SOLVER settings are identical between the test harness and base model.
Thanks,
Steve
