update to matlab version 2018a

Hello,
I have updated my Matlab version to 2018a, and i have missing functions such as rms or findpeaks... is that normal ?

You are missing the Signal Processing Toolbox . Either it is not installed or not licensed .

But that's not a complete update. We're on R2018b right now (except maybe if you have the student edition). Get R2018b instead, if you can.
