I am using intlinprog in my code on a windows 10 machinge and then I compile the code into a ctf file to be used on a linux machine. Since intlinprog is using slbiMex.mexw64, the compiled code fails on linux. is there a non-mex version of this file so my code can be compiled for linux? Related, is there a way to instruct the compiler not to inlucde mex files when there are non-mex alternatives?

You need to build the CTF on the same operating system family as you will be executing on. That would result in it binding in slbiMex.mexa64 on Linux.
