Removing Transient Response in Simulink

Hello everyone!

I am using Simulink to model the cardiovascular system, including the heart, arteries, capilaries and veins. My results are as expected, however the first 10 seconds in all my scopes (pressure, volume and flow) are all over the place, and then they stabilize to the right behavior after that. How do I get read of that transient response? I have tried setting initial conditions in all my integrals and changing the simulation starting time from 0 to 15. None of that made any changes.
