Extended/Unscented Kalman Filter RAM estimation

I hope anyone can help me.

I'm working with the Simulink blocks Extended Kalman Filter and Unscented Kalman Filter. I want to estimate the SOC and SOH of a battery. It work pretty good. Now I want to give an estimation how much RAM this Filters need.

I am using 4 states: SOC, U_RC1, U_RC2, Hysteresis.

I would be very thankful for every help.
