If I use 30 days free trial MATLAB and in the end I do not pay for this rather want MATLAB to expire my license. Will that cause any problem?

Yes that is fine.
If you happened to have an existing license and you were doing a trial of additional toolboxes, then sometimes afterwards matlab might get confused and not notice the valid older license just the expired license. If that were to happen then the cure is just to delete the license file for the trial.

After your trial is over, If you are a university student or faculty member, or work at a research institute, you most likely have access to MATLAB and the full version of MATLAB Online through a campus or institute-wide license.
However, if this option is unavailable, the basic version of MATLAB Online provides 20 hours of free use per month. This can be useful for light work or to run MATLAB code and Simulink models shared by others.
