Plot ELM confusion matrix in matlab
Show older comments
Im currently working on classification using ELM in matlab. I use the source code from http://www.ntu.edu.sg/home/egbhuang/index.html. My problem is i can't get the value of true_positive, true_negative, false_positive, and false_negative from the code. Could you help me find those values so i can get sensitivity and specificity for my classification? Big thanks.

yes you can predict classe with that algorithm; iv you want to predict testing classes just modify you cod like this
[TY,TrainingTime, TestingTime, TrainingAccuracy, TestingAccuracy] = elm........................
and then add this TY=round(Y) to get the classification label , goog luck

am sorry TY=round(TY) not round(Y)

Hello, how to plot confusion matrix for multiclass problem? I have 10 classes in my dataset and Im using the same elm function [TY, TrainingTime, TestingTime, TrainingAccuracy, TestingAccuracy] = elm ........................ with TY = round (TY) but im unable to see the graph with imagesc function
