Reading netcdf data based on latitude and longitude

Hello there.

I am trying to read the netcdf file for downscalling. Using matlab I am able to read all the variables in a single netcdf file.

Now, my interest is to extract the variables based on latitude and longitude. Specifically for a country.

Can you please advise any code or steps to follow.
