Simulink menu bar is repeatedly going missing.

i have installed matlab R2018a on my PC in last 3 days. but whenever i open simulink on the first day its working fine but the seacond time i open it, there is no menu bar. i have checked some other options on internet for solution but i always run in folloing errors. please help.
