How can I read .b00 file?

This is a b00 file with 32 channels and ADC value for each channel stored over time.
I have not figured out whether it was saved as 2dimension or 3dimension.
How can I read this b00 file?
I can not check the ADC value, but when I read the b00 file as a graph drawing program, the following graph is displayed.
