RUL Prediction based on Degradation models

Hello,

I am looking for implementing RUL estimation based on "Degradation models" in MATLAB and need some examples (or codes) to understand how it can be implemented for degraded dataset for SiC-MOSFET.

There is example for similarity-based RUL prediction but for Degradation-based, I need your help.
