Assign data on startup which was sent from another app

Hello,

I'm using Matlab R2016a which doesn't have "app input arguments" option so I assign arguments through properties by creating a reference after the 2nd app start up then assign the argument afterwards but I need to use that data I recieved on startup.

I get this error everytime I start the 2nd app throught the first app.
