Hi,
I have a set of data and I want to split in into three different parts and then add a trendline to the first two parts to calculate the slope of each part.

How do you determine where do you want to split the data? Are you familiar with array indexing?
I would suggest using polyfit() to plot the trendline:

Try k-means clustering if you're trying to pares your data into regions.
kmeans()
