function varargout = untitled(varargin)
% UNTITLED MATLAB code for untitled.fig
% UNTITLED, by itself, creates a new UNTITLED or raises the existing
% singleton*.
%
% H = UNTITLED returns the handle to a new UNTITLED or the handle to
% the existing singleton*.
%
% UNTITLED('CALLBACK',hObject,eventData,handles,...) calls the local
% function named CALLBACK in UNTITLED.M with the given input arguments.
%
% UNTITLED('Property','Value',...) creates a new UNTITLED or raises the
% existing singleton*. Starting from the left, property value pairs are
% applied to the GUI before untitled_OpeningFcn gets called. An
% unrecognized property name or invalid value makes property application
% stop. All inputs are passed to untitled_OpeningFcn via varargin.
%
% *See GUI Options on GUIDE's Tools menu. Choose "GUI allows only one
% instance to run (singleton)".

this is my code I want to add pushback option for buttons with codes define in other files:
function LEbc=myfunctionlebc(RA,a,x)
LEbc=(RA*2*38.8^3)/(2*38.8^3+3*38.8*a+a^3)*(38.8-x)^2*x/(12*2.1*10^4*0.2083*38.8)*[3*(1-a^2/38.8^2)-(3-a^2/38.8^2)*(38.8-x)/38.8]
end
How to do the callback of this function please tell me?

Please format the code using the buttons on top of the edit field.
The question is still not clear. What is a "pushback option"? Where do the inputs Ra, a, x come from? Please explain more details.

Isperih - if your function myfunctionlebc is saved to a file named myfunctionlebc.m, then you can call this function directly from any of your pushbutton callbacks so long as you provide the correct input parameters. For example, if this code should be called from your pushbutton3 callback then you would do
function pushbutton3_Callback(hObject, eventdata, handles)
% hObject handle to pushbutton3 (see GCBO)
% eventdata reserved - to be defined in a future version of MATLAB
% handles structure with handles and user data (see GUIDATA)
% get the values for RA, a, and x
RA = ...; % <---- how do you determine RA, a, and x?
a = ...;
x = ...;
% now call your function
LEbc=myfunctionlebc(RA,a,x);
% do something with LEbc
