A rivet is to be inserted into a hole. A random sample n=15 of parts is selected, and the hole diameter is measured. The sample standard deviation of the hole diameter measurements is s=0.008 millimeters. Construct a 99% lower confidence bound for σ2 using MATLAB step by step . Please screenshot the MATLAB screen

Since this sounds like a homework problem, show us what you've tried so far to solve the problem and ask a specific question about where you're having difficulty.
If you know how to solve this mathematically but you're not sure how to use MATLAB to solve the problem the same way, go to the Support link at the top of this page and click on Tutorials. The MATLAB Onramp tutorial will introduce you to the basics of MATLAB.
If you're not sure even where to start, you should probably contact your professor and/or your teaching assistant.
