how to convert 3d precipitation data to 2d in matlab

I have 3d data, Rf(33,35,122), Lat,Lon,time....How to convert it into 2d data (gridpoint , time) Rf(33*35,122)? Anyway a pair of lat,lon corresponds to one value ( grid value).
