Cannot toggle position of a circuit breaker, Pulse generator? manual switch ?

I want to toggle the breaker periodically and see the current and voltage change in the scope.

I'm having trouble understanding your question. Can you please tell us what is the exact issue with the model in the screenshot and what you expect out of it?
Attaching the model would be helpful too.
