master study: requirements for laptop and windows version

Can you give some advise or tell me where i can find advise for system requirements to run matlab tools for master students.

Depending on your university they might have some explicit advice. The Univerity of Twente has a yearly notebook sale where they have specific recomended models for specific studies. Either have a look at the sys reqs (see the link Adam posted), or ask your IT department.
