Topoplot function is undefined...
Show older comments
Hello all,
Regarding the function below:
figure(1), clf
topoplot(data2plot,EEG.chanlocs);
title([ 'Topoplot from time=' num2str(EEG.times(time2plot)) ' ms.' ])
Whenever I enter this function, it gives me this:
Error: Undefined function or variable 'topoplot'.
Does anyone have any advice on how I can overcome this?
Kind Regards,
Emre Yavuz

Topoplot function is custom function (user defined), not the Matlab inbuilt function. May be you are looking for this Topoplot function (Keep it in the same current working directory and rerun the code)

I have tried the link you sent me above, and yes when I entered the code with the % sign added, it no longer gave me the 'function is not defined'. However, the plot was still not appearing, just an empty box...

I assumed that, you know the basics of Matlab ( % sign added means that line will not execute), where you keep the % sign, clarify, do share the complete code.
Now the original question (Topoplot function is undefined) has resolved,
Regarding another extention question (However, the plot was still not appearing), please ensure that you are plotting vectors. Please do share detail of plot variables (whos of plot variables)
