simulink onramp cannot play video

Both the video in section 1.1 and 3.2 cannot play，and the 14.2 survey says there is network problem, but I don't think so. Because I can connect to this MATLAB Central and put up my software Error right here. Therefore, how can I fix it ?

Hi Dingji,

Do you have issues using the Add-Ons Explorer? (Open Add-Ons from the Home tab in the MATLAB toolstrip.)

One thought is that you may want to try changing the proxy settings in MATLAB to use a proxy server:https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/matlab_env/web-browsers-and-matlab.html#bq37bb3-3
