Hello, I need to calculate the mean of different time frequency;each time frequency has this three outputs:
S (spectrum in form time x frequency x channels/trials if trialave=0;
in the form time x frequency if trialave=1)
t (times)
f (frequencies)
I need the same outputs for the mean time frequency;

meanfreq can be used to calculate mean of frequencies. It can take frequency or spectral densities as input arguments in the form of vector or matrix. If the input argument is in the form of matrix, it calculates the mean of each column specified in that matrix.
