How can I install the Computer Vision add-on?

Dear sir/madam,

My name is Wout Bakker, I'm working at the Delft University of Technology. My work involves quite some image processing using Matlab R2019a on Windows 10 64-bit machine. I'd like to install the computer vision toolbox. However, when I follow the prescribed approach I'm unable to do so. These are the steps I take:

• Opening Matlab and clicking on Add-ons --> get Add-ons opens the Add-on Explorer
• Searching for the Computer Vision Toolbox, brings me to the Computer Vision Toolbox window
• Clicking on "Install" opens a window which tells me "Confirm product Installation, MATLAB will shut down now to install the selected product: Computer Vision Toolbox, Save your work before continuing"
• Clicking on Continue opens a new User Account Control window, which says "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? Add-On Product Installer"
• When clicking on "yes", the window shuts.
• However, nothing happens after this step

I have been trying to change the Installation folder for the Add-Ons, which didn't change anything.

Could you please tell me which steps to follow such that I'm able to install the Computer Vision Toolbox.

Computer Vision Toolbox requires Image Processing Toolbox to be installed.Try executing a small script using Computer Vision toolbox functions.If those functions were executed successfully, then you have Computer Vision toolbox installed sucessfully.Please refer https://www.mathworks.com/help/vision/ref/detectbriskfeatures.html
