Mask dynamic based on user, initialization

I am developing a model that creates inside a subsystem the number of composant according to parameters of the mask, I already have the code to do this in the initialization mask but each time that I change the value I need to delete everything, so my question is about how apply changes only when apply botton, because when I start the simulation all the connections are deleted.
